In today's digital era, the habit of reading the Qur'an has significantly declined, especially among the younger generation. This is due to the dominance of digital activities such as social media, gaming, and other online entertainment. In response to this phenomenon, a community service team in collaboration with the Generasi Umat Terbaik Foundation (YGUT) conducted a Qur’anic literacy socialization program through the "Istiqomah" initiative, which is based on a mobile application. This activity was designed using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach, emphasizing active community involvement in the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. The socialization was carried out through application usage training, focused group discussions, and community strengthening via the application's interactive features. The results showed an increase in participants' awareness and interest in reviving the habit of consistent Qur’anic reading, as well as the formation of a digital Qur’anic reading community network.
Muhamad Roihan AlazhariBobi HandokoShelly AngellaDedy Yasriady

https://journal.univawalbros.ac.id/index.php/abjcd/article/view/701

This community service program aims to enhance public literacy and skills in managing household finances through the implementation of effective financial record-keeping practices. A common problem many households face is the inability to systematically manage cash flow, difficulty tracking expenses, and a lack of planning to achieve both short-term and long-term financial goals. This often leads to financial stress and reliance on debt. The selection of this topic is based on the urgency of equipping the public with practical basic personal accounting skills, given the importance of financial stability as the foundation of family well-being.The method of implementing this service focuses on interactive education and direct workshops, specifically designed to facilitate understanding of basic concepts in recording income and expenses, creating realistic budgets, and identifying priority spending categories. The material is delivered using easy-to-understand, straightforward language relevant to daily experiences. The workshops also include simulations of financial record-keeping practices using simple tools, such as manual cash books or free mobile applications, to ensure that the skills taught can be directly applied. The results of the service show a significant improvement in participants' understanding of the importance of financial record-keeping, as well as positive changes in their daily money management behavior. Many participants reported feeling "Stress-Free in Managing Monthly Money" after applying the methods taught, with the ability to identify budget leaks and plan fund allocation more carefully. A brief conclusion from this service is that personal accounting literacy is a crucial foundation for household well-being, and targeted education can empower communities to achieve financial stability and realize their financial goals more effectively

Keywords: Household Financial Literacy, Financial Record-Keeping, Radio Education
Dinna NurhasanahYolanda Safitri NelazNeni Afriyani

https://journal.univawalbros.ac.id/index.php/abjcd/article/view/705

The rapid development of digital technology has made gadgets such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops an integral part of adolescent life. However, excessive gadget use can lead to various health problems, such as Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS), musculoskeletal disorders, and decreased sleep quality. Initial observations at SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru showed that 78% of students experienced CVS symptoms, 65% complained of neck and back pain, and 42% experienced sleep disturbances. Although 91% of respondents were aware of the negative impacts of gadgets, only 12% consistently limited their use. To address this, the research team implemented a participatory outreach program at SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru using lectures, discussions, and practical training methods such as the 20-20-20 technique, correct posture, and a digital detox workshop. The results showed a 62% increase in participant understanding based on pre- and post-tests, as well as high enthusiasm for the practical solutions provided. The program also established peer educators to ensure the continuity of education. In conclusion, interactive outreach and a participatory approach are effective in increasing awareness and changing adolescent behavior related to gadget use. It is necessary to expand similar programs to other schools to minimize the negative impact of gadgets on adolescent health.
Afifah Cahayani AdhaAlfitri Yana YunitaSisi HendrianiYolanda Safitri Nelaz

https://journal.univawalbros.ac.id/index.php/abjcd/article/view/720

The tiered referral system in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program organized by BPJS Kesehatan aims to ensure effective, efficient, and medically appropriate health services for participants. However, the implementation of this system still faces various obstacles, such as inconsistent referral flow, low participant understanding of the referral mechanism, and limited facilities at the primary care level. This study aims to analyze the problems faced in the BPJS tiered referral system and provide recommendations for optimization based on information technology, improving the quality of human resources, and strengthening coordination between health facilities. The method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, through interviews and analysis of policy documents. The results show that optimization of the referral system can be achieved by digitizing the referral process, continuous socialization to participants and medical personnel, and increasing the capabilities of first-level health facilities. With appropriate improvements, BPJS's tiered referral system is expected to improve access, quality, and continuity of health services for all JKN participants.
Agus SalimHairuning Suci AngelaIntan AuliaCantika Starla Putri RomandaIndah Ramadhani

Management information system is a comprehensive system, aiming to present information that is much broader than historical accounting information. Information technology can overcome limitations to manage existing resources more quickly, efficiently and effectively. One of the management information systems in health services is the Puskesmas Information System (SIMPUS), which is a digital system designed to support integrated management of health services at Puskesmas. This system helps in the process of patient registration, recording medical history, managing drugs, and reporting to the Health Office. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and understanding of the workflow and benefits of SIMPUS implementation to health workers at Puskesmas. With this counseling, it is hoped that the efficiency and accuracy of the service will be improved.
Anastasya Shinta YulianaKhairunnisa KhairunnisaAnnisa AndrianiMelisa MelisaMuhammad Fauzan Aidhil

https://journal.univawalbros.ac.id/index.php/abjcd/article/view/711

Mass circumcision or mass circumcision activities are a form of attention aimed at underprivileged communities. https://journal.univawalbros.ac.id/index.php/abjcd/article/view/709

Service activities begin with the patient registration process through the e-Queue machine and the Outpatient Registration Area (TPPRJ). The patient registration procedure in the outpatient department is divided into new and existing patients. A structured procedure can reduce potential delays in the registration process, thereby speeding up the service flow and increasing patient satisfaction. The outpatient registration process at the Sei Panas Community Health Center has been running according to established procedures, with the e-Queue system simplifying patient registration. However, observations at the Sei Panas Community Health Center indicate that some patients do not bring their identification, thus causing obstacles in the outpatient registration process. This will impact the ineffectiveness of outpatient registration services at the Sei Panas Community Health Center. Some of these obstacles include patients who do not bring their identification (KTP / KK / BPJS / KIA) when registering for treatment. Due to these obstacles, we conducted outreach to patients to bring their identification before coming to the health center. This will not hinder staff in carrying out the registration process.
Frasya Amanda NafisaNur Indah SafitriSinta Niswatun HasanahDesfa Anisa
