Continuous efforts are needed to prevent dengue fever. In 2012, Indonesia was recorded as the country with the highest number of dengue fever cases in the world based on World Health Organization (WHO) records. One of the factors that spread dengue infection is the Aedes aegypti mosquito. These mosquitoes live and breed in environments that have hot and humid climates such as Indonesia. The aim of this outreach is to provide information to the public about dengue fever, the symptoms of dengue fever and also how to prevent dengue fever. The method used in this counseling is providing material using PowerPoint. The way to prevent dengue fever used in this outreach is to remind the community, especially the community of Bamboo Kuning Pekanbaru sub-district, of knowledge about the causes and consequences that arise from not keeping the environment clean which is at risk of spreading. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, increasing insight for the community regarding information about the dangers of dengue fever if quick and appropriate action is not taken, as well as inviting participation and active role from the community, even if possible, becoming ambassadors for the surrounding environment to work together in preventing dengue fever. Hypertension causes high rates of morbidity (sickness) and mortality (death). Hypertension is a disease that arises due to the interaction of various risk factors that a person has. Various studies have linked various risk factors to the emergence of hypertension.</p> <p>Hypertension, currently there is a tendency that urban communities suffer from hypertension more than rural communities. The first Chikungunya case that occurred in Indonesia was in Samarinda City in 1973 and was recorded as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), then the case disappeared for approximately 20 years after which it began to appear again in 2001 in Sumatra where it was also recorded as an Extraordinary Event. (KLB). Recorded Chikungunya cases in 2001-2003 reached 3,918 total cases without deaths. This counseling aims to find out how high the death rate is caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) and find out how to prevent and treat the Chikungunya virus. BUM Desa is established by the village and/or together with villages to manage businesses, utilize assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services, and/or provide other types of businesses for the greatest welfare of the village community. Thus, the government and community's hopes for the growth of the village economy and community welfare are attached to BUM Desa. In Riau Province, all villages in Riau have BUM Desa, namely 1,591 villages. Bengkalis Regency already has BUM Desa with a total of 136 BUM Desa units. Bengkalis Regency, with its wealth of natural resources and abundant economic potential, has a great opportunity to develop diverse and innovative BUM Desa. However, there are still various problems that hinder its development and sustainability. Some of these problems include lack of human resource capacity, limited capital, ineffective management, and limited access to markets and technology. Overcoming these problems requires comprehensive and sustainable efforts. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training in analyzing financial reports of Village-Owned Enterprises in Bengkalis Regency to identify root problems and find practical and applicable solutions. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that mentoring, training, and empowerment can be carried out for Village-Owned Enterprise managers and village communities so that they are able to optimize their potential and resources. Socialization activities use participatory methods, lectures and discussions. The socialization activity was carried out on May 20 2024 with the number of participants taking part in the socialization activity consisting of 40 students located in classes at Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Pekanbaru. For this reason, through educational activities on the dangers of excessive use of gadgets among students, it is possible to increase the understanding of students at Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Pekanbaru regarding the dangers of excessive use of gadgets, the impact of including gadgets from physical, psychological, educational, social and economic aspects as well as How to prevent excessive use of gadgets among children and teenagers. Art education is one of the elements that refine a person's characteristics. Based on this reality, it is important to provide appreciation through art education, especially drawing and coloring for students and teachers by utilizing the media of used cans. The first step taken in the development of creativity painting activities is to explain the meaning of fine arts and their division, then an introduction to techniques in drawing and coloring. Adolescent Posyandu is associated with sex education, which seeks to acquire precise information. Furthermore, sex education is associated with comprehension, knowledge, and information. The number of regencies/cities that provide health services to people of reproductive age was achieved with the achievement of 4 regencies/cities from the target of 2 regencies/cities, according to the 2021 Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) for Public Health, Riau Islands Provincial Health Office. Aims to educate about health issues related to the use of technology in adolescent Posyandu services on Kasu Island. This approach to community involvement is used both offline and directly. Additionally, a questionnaire was administered before and after the activity to gauge the adolescents' understanding of counseling in relation to the use of technology-based adolescent poseyandu with adolescent mental health. 22 teenage girls who had menstruated between the ages of 11 and 23 made up the majority of respondents to the community service activities (pengabmas) on counseling related to the implementation of technology-based adolescent Posyandu with adolescent mental health. Thirteen of the respondents, or 59% of the total, had completed high school.
