This situation requires the community, especially adolescents to be more sensitive to health and personal hygiene. Education about PHBS on this island is felt to be very necessary so that adolescents can maintain personal hygiene and health, so as to avoid various viruses and diseases. Some PHBS that need to be conveyed to adolescents are how to wash hands properly and correctly, how to apply cough ethics, how to practice physical distancing, and how to maintain personal hygiene. This community service was carried out on Panjang Island, Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 14.00 WIB until it was completed with the theme of PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) counseling in Realizing a Healthy Care Generation in the Islands. This activity was organized by a team of lecturers and students of Awal Bros. University participants. The purpose of PHBS is to carry out community service as a form of atmosphere building in the Youth Islands. As a result of the counseling, adolescents become more aware of the importance of clean and healthy living behavior. The development of information and communication technology has been accelerating so that without realizing it, it has affected every aspect of human life. The use of gadgets among today's students and students is a must to have. The use of the wrong gadget will have an impact on eye health which can cause eye health problems due to the radiation rays exposed by the gadget. This Community Service began with conducting interviews with 49 students of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, which was followed by delivering material about the dangers of smartphones to eye health. Based on the data, 12 students experienced Minus and 37 students had normal eyes. The data collection carried out on students obtained the result that students who have normal eyes are still able to manage the time to use a smartphone, while there are some students who already have minus eyes unable to manage the time to use a smartphone. In physics, radiation can be interpreted as a process in which energy moves through a medium or through space, and finally is absorbed by other objects. Gadgets as an electronic tool for communicating and accessing information are growing rapidly. The use of gadgets for students is urgently needed with the aim of supporting their learning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic yesterday. Some examples of using gadgets as learning media such as the zoom application, gmeet, teacher's room, zenius and so on. Apart from being used for studying, gadgets are also used by students to play online games or open social media such as Instagram, Whatsup, TikTok, Youtube and others. The purpose of this community service is to determine the effect of gadget radiation on student achievement. This community service is Quantitative community service with a survey approach, samples were taken using the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 30 respondents. The instruments used in community service are questionnaires and documentation. The problem of micronutrient deficiencies such as anemia is one of several problems that occur in Indonesia. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide nutrition education and increase youth knowledge in anemia preventio</em><em>n</em><em>.</em> <em>The activity method consists of three, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning includes coordination with partners, preparation of educational materials and equipment. Evaluation uses a questionnaire to measure knowledge before and after education. The partners for this activity are teenagers in Pulau Panjang, Kec. Galang, Batam City. This activity carries out education with various methods, namely lectures, videos and leaflets. The implementation will be carried out on March 30, 2023.</em> <em>There were 35 young women who attended. The results of the post-test showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of young women before and after education, which was 8.67 points. In educational activities on nutritional status in preventing anemia there is an increase in knowledge which can occur one of them due to the use of various media. Education runs smoothly and can increase adolescent knowledge in preventing anemia. Applications are software used for specific purposes, such as processing documents, managing Windows &amp;, games, and so on. Mobile health applications have the potential to change how the health system works and how patients interact with it. This is because Indonesia's large youth population is increasingly seeking digital solutions to access goods and services. Businesses, governments, and non-governmental organizations are looking to digital health technologies to improve healthcare efficiency and improve patient health outcomes. This community service method is by counseling students at SMK N6 Pekanbaru. SIALANGRAMPAI KEC. KULIM <p>BPJS Health is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that participants benefit from health maintenance and protection in meeting basic health needs for everyone who pays contributions or the contributions are paid by the government. BJPS Health participants consist of 2 groups, namely PBI (Contribution Assistance Recipients) Guarantees included in the PBI health insurance, namely the poor and the poor. Fixed and unable to print total. Contributions are paid by the Government and not PBI (Contribution Assistance Recipients). Health insurance Non-PBI health insurance includes the work of wage earners and their family members. Work is not the wage earner and his family. Not workers and family members. Activities started at this stage included preparing places and events in collaboration with Posyandu, then preparing for pre-planning, preparing the agenda and consulting with community leaders and the health center, namely the Person in Charge of Health Promotion at the Tenayan Raya Health Center. Participants in this activity were 25 people, and the event could run smoothly according to the agreement. Lack of personal hygiene knowledge can be a factor inhibiting personal hygiene health in adolescents. Some health departments that need attention by adolescents in the implementation of personal hygiene such as maintaining healthy teeth and mouth, skin and facial health, reproductive organ health, daily clothing, and hair care and finger nails and toe nails. This community service aims to: 1) Establishing cooperation between the Bachelor of Midwifery Program Study at Awal Bros University and the Community Health Centers and Adolescents Posyandu in the Batam City Region in community service activities; 2) Growing awareness and increasing youth knowledge about personal hygiene so that youth can know and apply self-hygiene behavior so that they can avoid various health problems. This community service activity was carried out at the Adolescents Posyandu in the Working Area of ​​the Sei Panas Health Center in Batam City in April 2023 which involved 22 participants. This community service includes three stages including the preparation stage, the program implementation stage, and the evaluation at the end of the activity. The results obtained from this community service activity are that adolescents can know and apply personal hygiene behavior. Personal hygiene or poor personal hygiene can increase the risk of infection which can result in the emergence of various diseases, especially in adolescent children. To improve individual health status, it is necessary to make efforts to improve personal hygiene behavior with the end result of reducing the morbidity of infectious diseases. School-age children, from an early age to their teens, still often neglect personal hygiene. As a result of poor personal hygiene can increase the risk of infection which can result in the emergence of various diseases. For this reason, health-related behaviors must be applied to children as early as possible. Providing an understanding of adolescents is very important so that awareness arises about the importance of maintaining health. The targets for this activity were teenagers on Panjang Island, Galang District. The method of carrying out this activity is counseling which provides direct education, question-and-answer, and evaluation through posttest and pretest. This activity was held on June 10 2023 on Pulau Panjang, Galang District and was attended by 30 youth.
