Back pain is a common complaint, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy when the center of gravity in the body has shifted. However, it is still necessary to provide prevention and treatment to reduce pain so that the mother can have a comfortable pregnancy, for example by routine antenatal care checks and reducing excessive activity. The purpose of this study was to provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, BBL, neonates, and family planning for women with complaints of back pain. The methods used in this research are interviews, observation, and care management. The subject of this care is Mrs. “R” GIIP1A0 35 weeks with a normal pregnancy at PMB Saptarum Maslahah, STr.Keb. Plosokerep Sumobito Village, Jombang. The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "R" during the third trimester of pregnancy with complaints of back pain have been resolved, normal delivery with the help of a midwife, during the puerperium with normal puerperium, in BBL with Normal Newborns, in neonates with normal neonates, and become a 3-month injectable family planning acceptor. The conclusion of comprehensive midwifery care by carrying out midwifery care independently, collaboration, and early treatment. There were no complications from Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, and Neonates, KB. Indonesia is ranked 44th in the world with a percentage of 52.8%. Implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) in North Sumatra Province in 2016 amounted to 30.3%. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leaflet media on knowledge and interest in implementing early breastfeeding initiation at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center, Tungkal Ilir District, Banyuasin Regency in 2023. The type of research is a quantitative research design with quantitative quasi-experimental research with a nonequivalent pretest posttest design with control group. The research population was all 72 pregnant women in the third trimester at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center in March 2023. The number of samples obtained using the Slovin formula was 42 people and the sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The Mann-Whitney test was carried out on both groups and the results were obtained for respondents' knowledge about IMD with P Value = 0.026 and for interest in implementing IMD with P Value = 0.000, meaning p < 0.05, meaning H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, stating that there is an Influence of Leaflet Media on Knowledge and Interest in Carrying out Early Breastfeeding Initiation at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center, Tungkal Ilir District, Banyuasin Regency in 2023. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of cadres and the use of KIA books in the Lumban Lobu Health Center work area, Bonatua Lunasi District, Toba Regency in 2023. This type of research is quantitative research. Research Design This research was conducted using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were 43 health cadres in the Lumban Lobu Community Health Center working area in January-March 2023. The sampling technique is total sampling where the entire population is used as a research sample totaling 43 people. The location of this research was carried out in the Lumban Lobu Community Health Center Work Area, Bonatua Lunasi District, Toba Regency from May to June 2023. The results of the cross-tabulation test between Cadre Knowledge and Utilization of KIA Books showed that the majority of respondents had good knowledge of using KIA books effectively, namely 16 people (37.3%) with a p value of 0.001 or less than 0.05 means that there is a relationship between knowledge of cadres and utilization of the MCH handbook. The results of the cross tabulation test between Cadre Attitudes and Utilization of KIA Books show that the majority of respondents have good attitudes who use KIA Books effectively, namely 17 people (39.5%) with a p value of 0.014 or less than 0.05, meaning there is a relationship between Cadre Attitudes and Utilization. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of booklet media on mothers' knowledge and attitudes in giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2023. This research used a quasi-experiment method with an only Pretest-Post test with control group design. The research was conducted at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in May-June 2023. In this study, the population used was all toddlers who visited the Sidomulyo Community Health Center. The average number of toddler visits every month is 60 toddlers. In this study, the sampling method used total sampling where the entire population was sampled. Data were collected by observing mothers' knowledge and attitudes about giving vitamin A to both groups using a questionnaire. The Mann-Whitney test was carried out on both groups and the results were obtained for respondents' knowledge about vitamin A capsules with P Value = 0.001 and for mothers' attitudes towards giving vitamin A capsules with P Value = 0.005, meaning p < 0.05, meaning H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. that the Booklet Media is effective increase Mothers' Knowledge and Attitudes in Giving Vitamin A Capsules to Toddlers at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2023. Meanwhile, behavior is part of human activity and is part of the human function involved in an action. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of providing breastcare education on the level of knowledge of pregnant women in preparation for exclusive breastfeeding at the Beringin Tiga Community Health Center, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province.</em></p> <p><em>This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research design and a pre-test post-test approach with control design. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in pregnant women's knowledge regarding their readiness to provide exclusive breastfeeding before and after providing breastcare education.</em></p> <p><em>The research results show that the average knowledge score of pregnant women from the group that was given breastcare education was higher, namely 43.25, compared to the average knowledge score in the group that was not given breastcare education, namely 33.50. Citra Ananda Clinic is one of the clinics in Musi Rawas district which will serve 242 postpartum patients in 2022 and only 30% will take part in postpartum exercise. The needs of postpartum mothers include certain exercises that help the involution process. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of postpartum exercise on uterine involution in post partum mothers at the Citra Adinda Clinic, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra.</em></p> <p><em>The type and design of the research is quantitative with a pre-experimental type experimental analytical design with a pretest-post test one group design approach, namely in this paradigm there is a pretest before being given treatment so that the results of the treatment can be known more accurately, because it can be compared with the conditions before and after being given treatment.</em></p> <p><em>The research results showed that the average (mean) uterine involution during the pre-test was 12.8, while uterine involution during the post-test was 7.8. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of peer education on attitudes towards dysmenorrhea in young women at SMAN 3 Musi Rawas</em></p> <p><em>This research uses a quasi-experimental research design (Quasy Experiment). This research was conducted to determine the effect of peer education on attitudes toward dysmenorrhea in young women at SMAN 3 Musi Rawas. The required sample size is 34 teenage girls for each experimental and control group randomly. Research Results There was a change in the attitude of young women in facing dysmenorrhea after being given the peer education method in the experimental group.
