Uretra merupakan&nbsp;&nbsp; tabung&nbsp;&nbsp; yang&nbsp;&nbsp; menyalurkan&nbsp;&nbsp; urin&nbsp;&nbsp; keluar&nbsp; dari vesica&nbsp; urinaria&nbsp; melalui&nbsp;&nbsp; proses&nbsp; miksi. Salah satu kelainan pada uretra yaitu striktur uretra, Striktur uretra adalah penyempitan uretra disebabkan akibat jaringan parut yang mengarah pada obstruktif disfungsi saluran berkemih dengan konsekuensi yang berpotensi serius untuk saluran kemih. Teknik pemeriksaan yang digunakan di radiologi untuk melihat letak penyempitan dan besarnya penyempitan pada uretra maka dilakukan pemeriksaan uretrografi, sedangkan untuk melihat lokasi dan panjangnya penyempitan adalah bipolar voiding urethrocystography (BVUC). Tujuan penelitian BVUC dengan indikasi <em>Striktur Uretra </em>yaitu untuk melihat kelainan/gangguan pada saluran uretra, yang biasanya ditandai dengan susahnya berkemih. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui Studi kepustakaan, Observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau dari bulan Maret-Juni 2021. Prosedur pemeriksaan BVUC dengan indikasi <em>striktur uretra</em> yaitu pasien tidak memerlukan persiapan khusus, pasien hanya mengisi persetujuan dilakukannya tindakan, dengan prosedur pemeriksaan yang diterapkan sudah bisa menegakkan diagnosa dan mendapatkan hasil gambaran yang optimal dan cukup memberikan informasi gambaran berupa vesica urinaria dan uretra yang merupakan gambaran khas untuk klinis <em>striktur uretra</em> sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh dokter pengirim. Various efforts have been made to prevent the transmission process which is expected to have a significant impact in reducing morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19. One of the steps taken by the Indonesian government is the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination for the entire community. This study was conducted to assess the Covid-19 vaccination program for children aged 6-11 years in Pekanbaru 2021-2022. The method used is the canoe method. Samples of research data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to the people of Pekanbaru. The achievement of children's vaccines in Pekanbaru City reached 42.86 percent of the target of 103,017 children. The number of children who have received the vaccine injection has reached 44,155 people. Based on the results of data collection, if the performance/function increases then visitors feel satisfied, on the contrary if the performance/function decreases or does not exist then visitor satisfaction is normal, for example, vaccination locations that create a safe and clean environment, neat appearance of officers, active service with officers who are friendly, polite and alert in crowded situations, and schedule vaccinations at an appropriate time. Quality health services will create a feeling of satisfaction for users of these health services. The method used in this research is the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. This research is a descriptive survey research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted from January to February 2022 at the Lubuk Dalam Village Office, Siak Regency. From the measurement results of the questionnaire assessment, using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis method, the dimensions that are in accordance with the patient's expectations are empathy, reliability and responsiveness. And there are dimensions that are not in accordance with people's expectations, namely Assurance and Tangibles which are in quadrant I. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently engulfing all countries including Indonesia, BPJS Kesehatan must adapt to new service patterns that really pay attention to health protocols without compromising service quality. With that, BPJS health participant registration can be done online, thus service providers must be able to give full attention to service quality. Customer perception of service quality is a comprehensive assessment of the superiority of a service. The BPJS website is one of the most effective alternatives that BPJS Health can run today to continue serving in these conditions. This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with BPJS Health registration online during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study is a quantitative study. By using the Kano model method. The results showed that many indicators were included in the One Dimension category. It is hoped that BPJS Kesehatan can maintain user satisfaction based on attribute functions. This research can be improved, maintained and improved so that the satisfaction of BPJS Health online registration participants increases. The Indonesian government has taken firm policies to minimize the spread of COVID-19 by implementing physical distancing. Local governments also rack their brains so that education can run well. The Pekanbaru Education System has implemented hybrid learning to overcome this problem. The population in this study were all Health Students in Pekanbaru City. The sample collection technique in this study used the questionnaire method. The results obtained based on the respondents' answers there are 2 attributes, namely, Indefferent (attributes that exist or not have no effect on student satisfaction) as many as 13 indicators, and the second is Reverse (Satisfaction level is inversely proportional to performance results) as many as 2 indicators. The purpose of this study was to determine how the assessment of Health Students in Pekanbaru City regarding the implementation of the Hybrid learning method. The research model used is the Kano model. Based on the results of data collection, processing and analysis that has been carried out, there are no indicators that must be improved or maintained. Health services are a major responsibility for local governments to provide quality health services that can be utilized by all levels of society, in addition to uncomplicated health services that make it easier for everyone to get services. However, in these various locations the Covid-19 vaccine service has problems with data collection, scheduling and complicated stages from the center due to the online data collection of schedules and stages that make it difficult for the service process if the existing vaccine recipient data has not been&nbsp; updated, thus&nbsp; requiring&nbsp; re-data&nbsp; collection&nbsp; and&nbsp; causing&nbsp; crowds.&nbsp; Long&nbsp; queues&nbsp; during&nbsp; the service process. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of service in the implementation of free COVID-19 vaccination in Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quantitative approach to the canoe model method. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study analyzed the quality of free COVID-19 vaccination services in Pekanbaru based on the dimensions of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Then identify what attributes must be maintained and improved service quality. Mostly there are obstacles in the process of vaccination services, namely the lack of timeliness of services (for example, opening services at 08.00 WIB) therefore the result is that there is a long queue of crowds and makes the room temperature uncomfortable.
