PENATALAKSANAAN PEMERIKSAAN CT SCAN KEPALA PADA INFANT NON-KOOPERATIF DENGAN KLINIS INTRACEREBRAL HEMMORAGE DAN SUBARACHNOID HEMMORAGE DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RUMAH SAKIT AWAL BROS PANAM

Abstract

Intracerebral hemmorage (ICH) is a type of bleeding that occurs in the head, more specifically intracerebral, which is usually found in patients who have experienced trauma. And if the bleeding occurs more outwardly or the bleeding occurs in the subarachnoid hemmorage (SAH), namely bleeding that occurs between the arachnoid and pia mater. The author took this research with the aim of knowing the CT-scan examination technique for head trauma in non-cooperative patients in infant and to find out whether the patient is non-cooperative. -cooperatives can still make a diagnosis at the Radiolog Installation at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. The methodology in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, namely by direct field observation and reading radiographs by conducting interviews from November 14 to December 11. Results and Conclusions from this research is a CT scan of head trauma in non-cooperative infant with clinical ICH and SAH in the Radiology Installation of Awal Bros Panam Hospital with the patient in a supine position and parallel indicator lights with mid sagittal plane (MSP) and mid coronal plane (MCP) and the aiming point at GLABELLA. CT scan of head trauma in non-cooperative infants with clinical ICH and SAH at the Radiology Installation of Awal Bros Panam Hospital has been able to confirm the diagnosis according to the doctor's request, even though non-cooperative patient can still confirm the diagnosis because it uses a helical technique which can be a solution to the problem non-cooperative patient.
