Abstract

The research was based on flukuasi the number of visits the patient at the last three years in inpatient installationin PetalaBumiHospitalsRiau Province, specifically class II and III. The matter is assumed as one of the causes are not yet optimal achievement of excellent service quality in PetalaBumiHospitalsRiau Province, so need to look for to know the factors that relate to the quality of service in the inpatient room class II and III in PetalaBumi HospitalsRiau Provincein 2016. This type of research is quantitative research using Cross Sectional design research. Sample research as many as 100 patients who are admitted in class II and III using the technique of accidental sampling and measuring instruments used in the research questionnaire. Technique of data analysis using chi-square test in which computerized data processing use. From the results of research shows there is a connection between the factors of attitude(p-value = 0,028,  OR=2,667), actio(p-value = 0,001,OR=4,195)n, empathy (p-value = 0,023, OR=2,846) and tangible (p-value = 0,000, OR=8,500) against hospitalization patients excellent service class II and III. Related to the installation are expected to improve the quality of service of the medical officer in the room hospitalization especially classes II and III as well as the always direct review of facilities in the inpatient room class II and III in order to achieve the quality of service in a Petala Bumi Hospital Riau Province.
