Abstract

Vaccination is the administration of a vaccine that is specifically given in order to actively increase a person's immune system against a disease. On the other hand, in Presidential Regulation Number 14 of 2021, it is stated that there will be sanctions in the form of administrative and criminal sanctions for everyone who has been designated as the recipient of the COVID-19 vaccine who refuses it. This study aim to evaluate the administration of mass vaccinations for students of early stikes bros Pekanbaru which was held by the government. The method used in this research is the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. This is a descriptive survey research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in January - February 2022 at STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru. From the measurement results of the questionnaire assessment, using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis method, the dimensions that are in accordance with patient expectations are empathy (empathy), and assurance (X4). There are still dimensions that are not in accordance with student expectations, namely appearance (tangibles) and responsiveness (responsiveness) which are in quadrant I. If you look in more detail by looking at the attributes, only 30% of the attributes or 3 out of 10 or of all attributes are needs to be increased and 10% of the attributes or 1 of 10 attributes that must be maintained to maintain the quality of the implementation of mass vaccinations for early stikes students in Pekanbaru, which is held by the government. From the Cartesian diagram test, there are 3 attributes that are in quadrant I where these attributes need to be repaired or improved immediately. While in quadrant II there is 1 attribute that needs to be maintained because the quality of service attributes is in fact in accordance with student expectations.
