Abstract

​​ Covid-19 spread very quickly in Indonesia to almost all countries and made several countries lock down, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government has taken firm policies to minimize the spread of COVID-19 by implementing physical distancing. Local governments also rack their brains so that education can run well. The Pekanbaru Education System has implemented hybrid learning to overcome this problem. The population in this study were all Health Students in Pekanbaru City. The sample collection technique in this study used the questionnaire method. The results obtained based on the respondents' answers there are 2 attributes, namely, Indefferent (attributes that exist or not have no effect on student satisfaction) as many as 13 indicators, and the second is Reverse (Satisfaction level is inversely proportional to performance results) as many as 2 indicators. The purpose of this study was to determine how the assessment of Health Students in Pekanbaru City regarding the implementation of the Hybrid learning method. The research model used is the Kano model. Based on the results of data collection, processing and analysis that has been carried out, there are no indicators that must be improved or maintained. Furthermore, although there are no indicators that are must-be (which must be met), the implementation of the hybrid learning method also needs certain improvements and improvements in several indicators, so that the satisfaction of health students in implementing the Hybrid learning method increases.
