GAMBARAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI POLIKLINIK SORE RSUD X KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai mutu pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pada layanan rawat jalan di poliklinik sore yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Poliklinik Sore di RSUD X Kabupaten Semarang berdasarkan dimensi kualitas layanan HEALTQUAL. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap 227 responden yang dipilih secara proportional sampling dari total populasi 1.315 pasien periode Januari–Juni 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi komunikasi memperoleh 75,8% sangat setuju, bukti fisik 79,3% sangat setuju, efisiensi 62,6%–67,8% sangat setuju, dan keamanan 60,8%–70,9% sangat setuju, sedangkan dimensi empati didominasi oleh respon sangat setuju dan setuju. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan Poliklinik Sore RSUD X Kabupaten Semarang telah memenuhi ekspektasi mayoritas pasien. Disarankan agar rumah sakit melakukan evaluasi berkelanjutan khususnya pada aspek fasilitas fisik dan optimalisasi sistem pelayanan berbasis teknologi untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.
