PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DOKTER GIGI MUDA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RSGM IIK BHAKTI WIYATA KEDIRI

Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan kompetensi klinis penting dalam pelayanan kedokteran gigi yang berkontribusi langsung terhadap pengalaman pasien dan mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dokter gigi muda berdasarkan kerangka CLASS (Context–Listening–Acknowledgement–Strategy–Summary) terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif cross sectional dengan jumlah responden 144 pasien dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Pengukuran menggunakan instrumen CLASS yang terdiri atas 14 item dengan skala Likert. Uji reliabilitas Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,84 yang mengindikasikan reliabilitas sangat baik. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan seluruh komponen CLASS berada pada kategori sangat baik. Analisis uji korelasi Spearman sebesar 0,000 (p-value < 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik antara dokter gigi muda dan pasien akan membuat pasien merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang dilakukan. Secara keseluruhan, komunikasi interpersonal dokter gigi muda telah berjalan secara efektif dan konsisten, juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dokter gigi muda dengan pasien terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pasien.
