Abstrak

Penelitian ini menganalisis citra rumah sakit melalui kebijakan berkelanjutan yang menggabungkan kearifan lokal dan pendekatan holistic care. Kebijakan berbasis kearifan lokal dinilai mampu menyesuaikan layanan dengan nilai budaya masyarakat, sementara holistic care menekankan perawatan menyeluruh mencakup fisik, emosional, sosial, dan spiritual. Analisis deskriptif berdasarkan database Scopus mengungkapkan tren penelitian menggunakan kata kunci “holistic AND care AND policy” mencapai puncaknya pada tahun 2024 dengan Amerika Serikat mendominasi bidang penelitian. Beberapa sudut pandang multidisipliner yang mencakup aspek manajerial, sosial, budaya, dan kesehatan. Pendekatan holistic care dianggap sebagai dimensi strategis yang mampu memberikan nilai tambah terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit, yang berdampak positif pada persepsi masyarakat terhadap institusi kesehatan tersebut. Kesimpulannya, citra rumah sakit yang positif dapat dibangun melalui strategi yang mengintegrasikan kebijakan berkelanjutan berbasis kearifan lokal dan holistic care. Strategi ini tidak hanya mendukung keberlanjutan operasional rumah sakit, tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan emosional antara rumah dan masyarakat.
