Abstrak

Kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit, namun berbagai tekanan kerja yang tidak diimbangi dengan penghargaan yang memadai dapat menurunkan motivasi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Salah satu faktor psikososial yang berpotensi memengaruhi kinerja adalah Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI), yaitu kondisi ketika upaya yang diberikan pekerja tidak sebanding dengan imbalan yang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Effort-Reward Imbalance dengan kinerja SDM di RSU Thalia Irham Tahun 2026. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 120 tenaga kesehatan dan tenaga penunjang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner ERI dan instrumen penilaian kinerja SDM yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mengalami ERI kategori tinggi (58,3%) dan memiliki kinerja sedang hingga rendah (61,7%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Effort-Reward Imbalance dengan kinerja SDM (p = 0,001). Responden yang mengalami ERI tinggi memiliki risiko lebih besar menunjukkan kinerja yang kurang optimal dibandingkan responden dengan ERI rendah. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara Effort-Reward Imbalance dengan kinerja SDM di RSU Thalia Irham Tahun 2026, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan sistem penghargaan, pengakuan kerja, dan keseimbangan beban kerja untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai.
